Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with acute circulatory failure systolic blood pressure instrumentation with radial arteryor femoral arteryand central venous catheters and relative hemodynamic stability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with atrial fibrillation,severe arrythmias,pacemakers,need for mechanical cardiac support hypoxemia Pao2/Fio2 CVP > 12 PEEP >8
