Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glove and stocky feel in the soles Achilles pain Pain and numbness of the feet or legs. Loss of control while bending or stretching Suffering from gripping pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major systemic illness ( diabetes mellitus ) Vulnerable group Not willing subject for necessary investigations
