Exclusion criteria: • Ectopic pregnancies • Patient with Bronchial asthma • Hepatic insufficiency • Chronic failure of the adrenal glands. • Clotting factor deficiencies • Current long term therapy with corticosteroids. • Drug allergy • Pregnancy of >49 days of amenorrhea • Patientâ??s not willing to participate
