Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Bipolar I and II currently in remission phase whose scores on Hamilton Depression Rating scale is less than or equal to 14, Young Mania rating scale score is less than or equal to 5 and meet criteria for bipolar Disorder by MINI-6 and sleep by Pittsburg sleep quality Index . control group comprising of caregivers who are not genetically related to patient and they are assessed using MINI-6 and sleep pattern by Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index. subjects willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with organic mental disorders, mental retardation, substance use disorder- except nicotine dependence and psychotic disorders. Subjects with medical illnesses whose disability precludes participation in the study. Subjects not willing to participate in the study.
