Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II Age >18 years Single gestation Parturient requiring cesarean delivery for -fetal tachycardia 161-180 bpm ,fetal bradycardia 100-109 bpm, variability (bpm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Fetal causes-Prematurity, any known fetal abnormality Any contraindication to regional anesthesia Body mass index >45 kg/M2 Parturient requiring cesarean delivery with indication of immediate threat to life of women or fetus with no time for placement of spinal anesthesia. Vasospastic arterial disease, previous arterial injury Thrombocytosis

Maternal and newborn plasma levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant statusTimepoint: Maternal plasma levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant status - arterial sample before spinal block to mother and then every 5 minutes till delivery of baby( means at 4-5 sample ) New born plasma levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant status - only one sample immediately after birth
