Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 3 to 12 years Patients with symptoms of / Itching / Papules / Vesicles / Pustules / Ulcer / oozing /foul smelling. Willing to give specimen of blood for investigation when required. Willing to be admitted in the hospital or willing to attend OPD once in 7 days for 28 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Scabies Photo dermatitis Patient with any other problem which needs discontinuity of trial drug. Seborrhoeic dermatitis. Allergic or contact eczema Nummular (discoid) dermatitis Fungal or parasitic skin infections Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
