Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) To determine the feasibility of establishing a large multicentre heart failure registry. 2) To determine the demographics, aetiology, precipitating factors clinical presentation, practice/ persistence patterns and outcomes of patients with heart failure in hospital and 1,3 and 6 months after discharge respectively. Timepoint: 6 Months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To develop and validate a multivariate model that can predict CV outcomes (readmission and Cardiovascular death) in the Indian heart failure population in hospital and at 6 monthsTimepoint: 6 Months
