Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptom duration � 6 weeks 2. Age 18-65 years old 3. Initial ODI score of 20-60% 4. Radiating symptoms up to the knee 5. Lumbar hypo mobility found in MET structural diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgery 2. Spondylolisthesis 3. Lumbar hyper mobility 4. Spinal structural deformity 5. Piriformis and SI joint dysfunction.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) 2. Lumbar range of motion 3. Oswestry Disability IndexTimepoint: Assessment of ODI, Pain and ROM will be done pre-treatment on day-1 & immediately post treatment on day-1 and day-2.

Functional abilities and ADL.Timepoint: Assessment of functional abilities and ADL will be odne on pre-treatment on day-1 and on day-2 post treatment.
