Intervention1: MELOXICAM: This study is trying to explore whether the combination of prostaglandin inhibition using meloxicam and stem cell mobilization using G-CSF will improve the mobilization rates

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients > 18 years undergoing stem cell mobilization for autologous SCT. 2. No previous harvesting 3. Willing to give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children 18 years of age 2. Normal healthy donors 3. Patients with past history/active duodenal or peptic ulcer 4. Patients with pre-existing coronary artery disease or renal failure 5. Patients on Losartan, Lisinopril or Captopril 6. Patients with history of allergy to NSAIDs
