Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all infants 750-1250 grams, admitted to NICU will be enrolled, if they are started on feeds within first 4 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gross congenital malformation and anomalies of GI tract (intestinal atresia, imperforated anus etc)
