Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: females who underwent LSCS, first postpartum day, primi and multi para, willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postpartum hemorrhage, Myocardial diseases, Congestive heart failure, Rheumatic heart diseases, Recent pulmonary embolus, Acute infectious diseases, Uterine hemorrhage, Severe vaginal bleeding, Severe abdominal pain or suture pain, Suture infection, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus.
