Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females of age group 18-60 years 2. Subjects with low platelet count(>=70,000) and IgG or IgM or both antibodies positive cases only 3. Subjects who are willing to give written informed consent along with audio, video recording 4. Patient is willing and able to comply with all trial requirements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adequate platelet count and IgG and IgM antibodies negative 2. Subjects had bleeding manifestations or mixed infections (tested positive for malaria, leptospirosis along with dengue) or a recent ( 3. Have a history of Angina, stroke, thyroid diseases 4. Present history of mental diseases 5. Previous participation in a clinical trial within 6 months. 6. Pregnant or lactating woman
