Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grade 2 or more view of glottis on Cormack and Lehane classification ASA 1 and 2 Age 15 to 70 years in both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring general anesthesia with rapid sequence induction. Patients with upper airway pathology(maxilllofacial fractures,tumors)
