Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients with advanced disease status, referred to the department of Palliative Medicine. 2. Age group : more than 18 years of age 3. Patient willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent. 4. Patients who are able to understand and complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not able to fill the questionnaire 2. Those who refuse to participate in the study
