Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between age group 35â??65 years with painful shoulder movement and restriction of ROM. 2. Patients with restricted internal rotation ROM, however patient should be able to take the affected side hand behind the ipsilateral buttock. 3. Patient should have shoulder abduction ROM of at least 90 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to manual physiotherapy techniques. 2. Fracture/dislocation of the affected upper limb 3. History of soft tissue injury related to the shoulder in the previous 3 months 4. History of intra articular steroid injections 5. Bilateral shoulder involvement 6. Cervical radiculopathy 7. Cervical spine surgery within the last 6 months, 8. Received physiotherapy within the previous 3 months, 9. History of myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery 10. Patients with problems understanding and following commands 11. With drawl of informed consent
