Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 or 2 patients with knee joint pain for anterior cruciate ligament repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI more than 30 local infections anatomic deformities coagulation disorders allergy to local anaesthetics fentanyl or clonidine unwilling to participate
