Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OPD/indoor adult patients who have been advised or have undergone upper GI endoscopy (for gastrointestinal patients)/ any one or more of the following investigations: ECG, TMT, echocardiography (for cardiac patients)/ any one or more of the following investigations: serum urea, creatinine, creatinine clearance (for renal patients)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having gastric complications above 4 weeks/cardiac complications above 3 months /renal complications above 6 months will be not be considered eligible
