Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have Fasting Blood Sugar equal or more than 126mg per dl and Post Prandial either 200 or more than 200 mgf per dl will be included in this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of age below 30 and after 70 yrs Patients having Ischemic heart disease AIDS Cancer Pregnancy Severe hypertension Thyrotoxicosis

MeasureTime frame
The efficacy of treatment will be assessed on the basis of relief in signs and symptoms. Evaluation of biochemical parameters such as FBS, PPBS in both groups along with Hematological, Urine routine and microscopic examination before and after the treatment. S.Insulin before and after the treatment.(if possible )Timepoint: At interval of one month and of two months the Evaluation of biochemical parameters such as FBS, PPBS in both groups along with Hematological, Urine routine and microscopic examination before and after the treatment. S. Insulin before and after the treatment and the efficacy of treatment will be assessed on the basis of relief in signs and symptoms.
