Health Condition 1: null- Patients with Mild or Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury, within first month of date of injury.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Any education level • Right handed individuals • Language: English or Hindi • TBI within first 30 days of Date of Injury (considering feasibility) • Patients with Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS) • GCS Score 8-15 • Home Based Therapist (Immediate caregiver who would supervise home tasks and retraining) • Consenting individuals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Non-consenting individuals • Patients who have had neurosurgery post TBI • H/O any previous penetrating Head Injury (PHI) • Any previous H/O Head Injury • H/O any major psychiatric illness • H/O Mental Retardation • H/O associated injuries/ life threatening injuries • H/O neuroprotective drugs • Any contraindications to MRI o Pregnant women o Patients with any metallic implants/ non MR compatible o Patients with claustrophobia
