Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi Patients in age group 25 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus TB of spine and hip joint Malignancy Fracture related to spine Uncontrolled Hypertension Heart diseases Aneamic Hb less than 7 mg per dl Pregnancy Age below 25 and above 60 years.

The improvement will be assessed on the basis of relief found in the cardinal symptoms of the disease. To assess the effect of therapy objectively, all the sign and symptoms are given scoring pattern depending upon their severityTimepoint: 4 weeks
