Intervention1: Magnesium Sulphate with Lignocaine.: IM injection of 2.5gm/5gm Magnesium Sulphate with 1ml of 2%Lignocaine every 4th hourly untill the delivery or upto 24hrs from the last fit whicheve

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of severe pre eclampsia and eclampsia-antepartum, intrapartum,postpartum(convulsion occuring within 48 hrs of delivery).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Epilepsy. Not willing to participate.
