Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with indicated mandibular third molar surgical removal. Patients without any systemic illnesses. Impaction with Pederson difficulty index less than or equal to 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any presurgical infections and antibiotic therapy,malignancy, pregnancy and lactation, previous nerve damage in the surgical site.
