Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted in ICU were assessed and included if they were 18 yrs old and full fill the criteria of severe sepsis (Sepsis with organ dysfunction or tissue hypoperfusion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Terminally ill patients Acute Myocardial infarction CVA Hypersensitivity to U-trip Chronic treatment with immuno suppressive drugs
