Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving chemo-radiotherapy for head and neck cancer and treated conservatively. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Platelet count Hb Severe orthopedic and neurological problems. Any contraindication to exercise testing and training.
