Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pain in the loin region, which radiates towards posterior renal angle and towards groin region. Vastimukha Vedana ( Pain at bladder neck) Nabhi Pidana ( Pressing umbilicus due to agonizing pain at hypogastrium) Medhra Mridana (Messing of own penis due to pain) Pain in abdomen particularly in KUB regions. Pain / Burning sensation on micturition. Increased frequency of micturition. Nausea / Vomiting. Stone size up to 3 cm. Haematuria and pyuria. X-ray / USG based evidence of the stone. Crystals of stone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Renal failure Cause of immediate surgical intervention. Severe haematuria. Stone size more than 3.0 cm. Patients of Carcinoma, Tuberculosis, HIV positive, VDRL positive, Hepatitis-B positive. Patient required immediate surgical intervention.
