Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. On or not on oral hypoglycemic drugs. FBS >110mg% and/or PLBS >140mg%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals on insulin treatment. Individuals with any major illness. Individuals with gluten sensitivity.
