Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • ASA I/II/III Patients • Elective surgical decompression with or without instrumented stabilization for tuberculosis of spine • Able to understand numerical rating scale for pain and function of patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients on chronic antiemetics or chronic pain medication • Patients with known local anaesthetic allergy • Patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency • Pregnant patients
