Intervention1: Group MAC: Patients will receive inj. midazolam 0.03-0.05 mg/kg, inj. fentanyl 1 microg/kg and inj ondansetron 4 mg IV. Inj fentanyl 0.5 microg/kg will be repeated, as and when required

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult ASA I/II patients undergoing sialendoscopies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any patient who refuses to undergo surgery under general anaesthesia or monitored anaesthesia care
