Intervention1: Drug: Umbilical cord serum eyedrops : 20% umbilical cord serum eye drops 6 times a day for 14 days Control Intervention1: Autologous eyedrops: 20% eyedrops 6 times per day for 14 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Operated optical keratoplasty (either penetrating keratoplasty or anterior lamellar keratoplasty). 2. Epithelial defect more than 2 mm2 on first post-operative day. 3. Patients giving consent 4.Cooperative for digital photography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active ocular or lid infections 2.Lid abnormalities contributory to the epithelial defect 3.Severe dry eye 4.Limbal stem cell deficiency 5.Elevated IOP 6.Impending perforation 7.Pregnant and lactating women 8.Not giving consent 9.Not motivated for follow up
