Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recent ischemic stroke atleast one month post stroke,no to minimal disability,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age: 80 years Sex: no exclusion severe disability cognitive challege severe comorbid illness

Primary

MeasureTime frame
difference in breath holding indicesTimepoint: Breath holding indices will be measured. Patient will be asked to perform yoga/sham relaxation on table for 10minutes after which breath holding indices will be measured again

MeasureTime frame
cerebral blood flow velocitiesTimepoint: Blood flow velocities will be measured. Yoga/sham relaxation will be performed by participants on the table for 10 minutes after which repeat measurements will be taken
