Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male individuals not currently involved in active sports or any other form of exercise such as yoga, for more than 3 times a week, for the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. lower limb or back injury in the last 6 months ii. Any known cardiac or respiratory comorbidity iii. Cardiac pace maker iv. 1st year Medical students.
