Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary teeth with non-vital pulps and apical periodontitis after clinical & radiographic confirmation. 2. A negative response to hot and cold pulp sensitivity tests. 3. The presence of enough coronal tooth structure for rubber dam isolation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying systemic conditions and special health care needs. 2. Patients giving a positive history of antibiotic use within the past month. 3. Teeth that are previously endodontically treated.
