Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: males or females with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Diabetes defined as those patients with fasting glucose levels of 110 mg/dl to 200 mg/dl and post prandial blood glucose 160 mg/dl to 350 mg/dl or HbA1c 6.5% to 10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant and accelerated hypertensive CVS disorder (CAD) Pregnant woman or the women planning to be pregnant in next six months Lactating mothers Secondary Diabetes mellitus Patient undergoing regular treatment for Diabetes or for any other severe illness CNS disorder e.g. encephalopathy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
If during treatment or after treatment fasting Blood sugar become less than 110 mg/dl. and post prandial Blood sugar become less than 160 mg/dl and HbA1c become less than 6.5 % it will be treated as successful outcome of the treatmentTimepoint: 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is during treatment or after treatment the lipid profile with in the normal limitTimepoint: 90 days
