Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing thyroidectomy for benign or malignant disorders of the thyroid
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who chose not to participate in the study 2)Patients with associated parathyroid disorder 3)Patients in whom any of the biochemical parameters have not been checked
