Inclusion criteria: Age related senile cataract Corneal astigmatism 1.50 to 3D No ocular contraindication No systemic contraindication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Astigmatism 3.00D Corneal thickness Complicated cataract Posterior segment pathology Irregular corneal astigmatism (scars, pellucid marginal degeneration, keratoconus) Systemic conditions (collagen vascular disease, immunosuppresion ,diabetes mellitus) Patient not available for follow up
