Intervention1: 1. Arq e Kasni 2. Arq e Mako 3. Sharbat e Bazoori: 1. Arq e Kasni 20ml,Orally, once daily O.D. 2. Arq e Mako, 20 ml, Orally,once daily 3. Sharbat e Bazoori,20ml Orally, two times daily

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of both sexes between 18 to 60 yrs. 2) Patients having laboratory features of Warm e Kabid (Hepatitis) (Bilirubin >= 3 mg% and SGPT >= 100 IU/L of serum.) 3) Presence of any of the following clinical features 1. Heat in hepatic region 2. Heaviness in hepatic region 3. Dislike of oily food ,Strong aversion for food (Nausea), 4. Indigestion 5. Vomiting 6. Fever 7. Severe thirst 8. Constipation 9. Itching 10. Loss of weight 11. Fatigue 12. High colored urine 13. Jaundice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History or clinical evidence of cirrhosis of liver 2) Obstructive / Hemolytic Jaundice 3) Diseases / disorders requiring long term treatment 4) Drug addicts ( Alcohol, drugs ) 5) Pregnant and lactating women
