Intervention1: Yoga: Patients fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be offered yoga. The intervention (yoga module 1) will be conducted for 10 days (in two separate camps) in Anekal Tal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Language known: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, 2. Patients willing to undergo yoga for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have practiced yoga for the past 3 months
