Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Having Biopsy Proven Squamous cell carcinoma of Head and Neck Cancer No history of any prior anti-neoplastic treatment received in last 5 years. Patients willing for follow-up after treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unreliable for follow up. Patients not willing to sign informed consent
