Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Newly diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus / hyperinsulinaemia not under any treatment for the same. •Patients who have signed informed consent form and willing for the required investigations . •If patient is a minor, consent is taken from parent/guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Age less than 12 years. •Those who are not willing for the study. •Pregnant women and immunocompromised patients.
