Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.long, middle distance barefoot (alone)and shod(alone) runners with minimum of 3 years participation 2.Both gender 3.age 18 to 25 4.age matched healthy non runners

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital feet deformities trauma other than running event gout inflammatory disease affecting feet
