Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia major.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cases having HIV, HBV infection, hepatic failure, DM, TB etc. 2 Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days. 3 Patient undergone spleenectomy. 4 Children below 6 months and above 12 years of age.
