Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a clinical definition of stroke [WHO definition] clinical signs and symptoms of focal neurological deficit lasting 24 hours with symptom onset in the last 14 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not consenting Unable to come for follow up Not a stroke
