Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteers from any institute office or organization in and around Jamnagar city Patients of Obesity Type II Diabetes Essential Hyper Tension and Asthma attending the O P D and I P D of I P G T And R A will be selected without any bar of cast religion occupation economic status and sex Age group 25 to 60 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers or Patients having age less than 25 years and more than 60 years Pregnant lady Severe diseased condition
