Inclusion criteria: Anaesthetized and intubated adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with obvious nasal, pharyngeal, neck, esophageal or gastric pathology 2.Patients with bleeding disorder or family history of bleeding disorder 3.Patients with cervical spine injuries, basal skull fractures 4.Pregnancy
