Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with Downs syndrome 2. Cooperative children 3. Able to understand and obey according to command

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing and visual impaired 2. Limb length discrepancy 3. Child with mental impairment
