Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Stable chronic kidney disease patients with eGFR 15-60 ml/min corrected for BSA • Minimum age 18 years • Both genders included

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with functional arterio-venous fistula in one arm. • Patients with history of heart failure or proven coronary artery disease in past. • Patients with active infection at any site in body • Patients with history of carcinoma • Patients with autoimmune disease • Patents having life expectancy of
