Intervention1: Haritaki Tablet and Sauvarchal lavana solution: 4 tablets of 500mg (2gms) twice a day for 10 days before meal with Sauvarchal lavana solution

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of madhyama koshtha having signs and symptoms of Purishaja Anaha (Constipation) as described in Ayurvedic classics will be selected for the present study. Assessment of madhyama koshtha will be carried out. Purisha parikshan (Stool examination) will also be carried out as per Ayurvedic method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 20 years and more than 60 years. Patients not having madhyama koshtha. Patients suffering from any systemic disease which intervenes with the treatment.Patients having any established pathology of Mah astrotasa. Patients in which Haritaki and Sauvarchala Lavana are contraindicated.
