Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • At least one toenail or fingernail with clinical disease, which is defined as subungual debris with onycholysis and/or onychauxis. • Patients willing for the required investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age less than 18 years. • Proximal subungual type. • Use of oral antifungal medication for two months or longer within the past year or topical antifungal medication within past six weeks. • Secondarily infected lesions. • Patients not willing for the study.
