Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I and II patients. 2.Age group 18-60 years. 3. Gynecological surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal or unco-opretive patient 2. Bleeding disorder 3. Neurological deficit. 4. History of seizures 5. Pregnancy
