Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Attenuation of stress response will be measured by taking the difference between heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of two groupsTimepoint: The parameters such as heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation will be recorded during infusion/ injection ,preinduction, induction, & 0 min, 1 min, 5 min after intubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Any side effects such as hypotension or bradycardiaTimepoint: Any side effects such as hypotension or bradycardia
